Welcome to our Sydney-based IVF clinic, where we are dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of parenthood through tailored, state-of-the-art fertility treatments.

Fertility treatment refers to medical care designed to help individuals or couples achieve pregnancy when it doesn’t happen naturally. This may be as simple as tracking the fertile time in the cycle, ovulation induction with tablet, Intrauterine insemination (IUI) or up to In Vitto Fertilisation(( IVF). It may involve donor sperm and/or donor eggs. Your care plan is always personalised to your needs.

You may want to see a fertility specialist if:

  • You’ve been trying to conceive for 12 months (if under 35)
  • You’ve been trying for 6 months (if 35 or older)
  • You have irregular or absent periods
  • You’ve been diagnosed with conditions like PCOS or endometriosis
  • There are known male fertility concerns

Seeing an expert specialist early can provide clarity and reassurance.

Infertility can have many causes and may affect one or both partners. Common factors include:

  • Problems with ovulation
  • Blocked or damaged fallopian tubes
  • Endometriosis
  • Low sperm count or movement
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Age-related fertility changes

In some cases, no clear cause is found, but effective treatment options are still available.

IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation) is a treatment where eggs ae fertilised with sperm outside the body in a specialised laboratory. To achieve this the ovaries are stimulated usually by daily hormone injections to make multiple eggs after about 12-14 days, the egs are harvested and tajen to the laboratory for fertilisation with sperm.  Once an embryo develops, it is transferred into the uterus 5 days later. You will know you are pregnant 10 days later..

Egg freezing, also known as oocyte cryopreservation, is a way to preserve fertility for the future. Eggs are collected, frozen, and safely stored to be used at a later time. People choose egg freezing for medical, personal, or career-related reasons.

Yes. Egg freezing is a well-established and safe procedure. Modern freezing techniques have greatly improved success rates, and many people go on to use their frozen eggs successfully in the future.

IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) is a relatively simple fertility treatment where prepared sperm is placed directly into the uterus around the time of ovulation, helping increase the chances of fertilisation and pregnancy. It is much less invasive than IVF but pregnancy rates/ cycle are not as good as IVF

Success rates vary depending on multiple factors such as age, diagnosis, and the type of treatment used. Generally, fertility treatments are most successful at younger ages, but many people achieve pregnancy at later stages with the right care and support.

Yes. Female fertility gradually declines from the early 30s and more noticeably after 35. Male fertility can also change with age, although usually more slowly. Our fertility specialists can help assess your individual situation.

Lifestyle factors can play a role in fertility. Smoking, alcohol use, excess weight, high stress, and poor nutrition may reduce fertility in both men and women. Small lifestyle changes can sometimes make a meaningful difference.

Most fertility treatments involve mild to moderate discomfort rather than pain. Procedures such as injections or egg collection may cause temporary discomfort, but they are generally well-tolerated and carefully managed by our care team.

Treatment length depends on the type of care needed. Most treatments occur over the normal length of a menstrual cycle (4 weeks) from the start of medications until a pregnancy test. The medication programme during that time varies from 5 days of tablets for ovulation induction to on average 12 days of injections for. Your doctor will explain your expected timeline clearly.

Yes. Male fertility issues contribute to around 40–50% of infertility cases. These may involve sperm count, movement, or shape A simple sperm analysis will provide most information..

Initial fertility testing include:

  • Blood tests to check hormone levels for ovulation
  • Semen analysis
  • Tests to assess fallopian tube patency
  • AMH level to assess ovarian reserve

These tests help create a clear picture and guide treatment decisions.

Ovarian reserve refers to the number of eggs in the ovaries. With age, ovarian reserve declines until at menopause there very few eggs remaining. To measure ovarian reserve detailed ultrasound of the ovaries gives some idea. They count the tiny follicles in which there are eggs which are early in development (antral follicles).

The other indicator is Anti Mullerian Hormone (AMH).a simp;e blood test taken at aqny tome of the cycle
