Specialising in patient quoting, invoicing, and Medicare submissions, they provide clear, transparent financial information and timely processing of all accounts. They understand that fertility treatment can feel overwhelming and are committed to delivering guidance with compassion, clarity, and care.
Emma
Emma is a member of the Accounts team, bringing over three years of experience in the fertility field across a variety of roles. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of the patient journey and the importance of providing personalised care.
Emma strives to deliver excellent service and enjoys working closely with patients. When not working, you will most likely find Emma at the beach or planning her next road trip.
Charlie
I am dedicated to creating a supportive and caring environment for every patient, helping them feel comfortable and informed throughout their fertility journey.
My goal is to provide efficient, compassionate service while ensuring every interaction is handled with kindness and respect. Fluent in both English and Cantonese.
Christine
Christine is our Patient Accounts Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in IVF billing and patient accounts. She is dedicated to leading teams and is committed to providing clear communication, efficient service, and a supportive experience for every patient.
Outside of work, Christine loves Zumba and enjoys staying active, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to both her professional and personal life.

With over 15 years of experience in administration and customer service across a range of industries, I am passionate about providing compassionate and efficient support to patients throughout their fertility journey.
My experience includes working as a Senior Medical Secretary in a fertility clinic and as a Senior Administrator in Patient Accounts at Life Fertility, where I have supported patients, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams while managing appointments, patient accounts, and administrative processes. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, I am committed to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient.
