Donor Program Process

Our Donor Program is designed to make your journey as straightforward and supportive as possible. While every treatment plan is tailored to your individual circumstances, the general process includes:

Initial Consultation
Meet with one of our fertility specialists to discuss your medical history, treatment options and determine the most suitable donor pathway for you.

Registration & Program Fee
Once you've decided to proceed and the Donor Program fee has been paid, you'll begin the preparation process.

Screening Tests
Complete any required blood tests, investigations or fertility assessments recommended by your specialist.

Fertility Counselling
Attend counselling sessions with an accredited fertility counsellor to discuss the medical, emotional and legal aspects of donor treatment.

Consent Forms
Complete the required consent documentation before treatment can commence.

Donor Selection
Browse available donor profiles and choose a donor with the support of our dedicated Donor Team. We'll then liaise with the donor bank or coordinate the use of a local donor as required.

Treatment Planning
Once all requirements have been completed, your fertility specialist will finalise your treatment plan, and your nursing team will guide you through the next steps towards your treatment cycle.

Our Donor Team is here to support and guide you through every step of your fertility treatment. We understand that accessing donor services can feel both exciting and overwhelming, which is why we provide compassionate, personalised care from your first consultation through to treatment. Whether you’re an individual, couple, or part of the LGBTQIA+ community, our experienced team will help you navigate donor options, explain the process clearly, coordinate the necessary appointments and screening, and ensure you feel informed and supported throughout your path to parenthood
